Design and Deliver

We recently designed and delivered a programme to Service and Maintenance Engineers in a complex building of a major commercial pharmaceutical manufacturer.
We greatly enjoyed working to co-design and deliver this highly successful programme: a blend of action learning, one to one coaching and e-learning.

We were proud to produce a practical mentoring programme which has been rolled out to yards across the British Horse racing Industry.

Consultancy

We are currently assisting an Awarding Body to migrate a range of existing qualifications onto the Qualifications and Credit Framework including electronics and engineering programmes. (QCF is the new way of recognizing skills and qualifications.)

Accreditation

We developed a Foundation Degree in Sustainability on behalf of an East Anglian University and Further Education College. Our team have exceptional technical expertise and 35 years of learning and development experience.

We recently supported a University in the development of their exciting APEL Degree management programme. (Accreditation of prior experience and learning.)

Training Materials

We have recently supported a technical training company to produce up-to-date, relevant and visually exciting training materials for a blended learning programme.
